Dry shampoo is usually my go-to when I’m running late for work, desire to prolong an expensive salon blow-dry, or am just being super lazy. But what if, horrors of horrors, one day you press and hold the nozzle but nothing at all comes out?
Well, if you have baby or talcum powder around, then fret not. Lightly sprinkle the roots of your hair with powder then flip your head over and run your fingers or a comb through your hair strands to take off excess powder. If you want to take it up a notch, add a tiny bit of baking soda; baking soda is a powerful odour remover.
Mix baby powder with a little it of baking soda in a small dish and apply to the roots of your hair. Again, shake off the excess unless you want to walk out your front door with powdery hair.

And if you’re wondering what on earth Eva Mendes’ photo is doing in this post, well this is actually a beauty trick of hers as well! Ack, she’s so gorgeous. Brigitte Bardot v2.0

Kristen Stewart was recently on the Letterman Show to promote her new movie which you should already know as Eclipse, unless you live under a rock somewhere in far reaches of the earth. Above are two shots of her and her fabulous new hair. I believe it’s auburn (please correct me if I’m wrong on this) and I am in awe. It compliments her light skin tone so well.

And, of course, her makeup — it is just f-l-a-w-l-e-s-s. Her makeup artist is always on point, no? Kristen’s eyes are always emphasized, but never to the point of overkill.
Judging from the photo above which was taken at the New York premiere, on her lids is shimmery violet eyeshadow similar to Stars ‘N’ Rockets by MAC which is a “dirty lavender with red/pink reflects.” This is contrasted by shimmery black eye shadow on the contours of her eyes. Her lips are a great peachy nude and her skin is just out of this world flawless. LOVE IT. LOVE IT. LOVE. IT!
What do you think of her new ‘do? I personally am smitten. Oh, and will you be watching Eclipse???
