I love to learn about the history of makeup : the birth of the tried and true brands that are around to this day and the cultural and political events that influence how makeup was worn (or not).

Thank goodness for Lisa Eldridge, a prominent makeup artist in the UK, and historian, Madeleine Marsh, for giving us a glimpse into how makeup was worn and treated in past.
