I always love to read about what other gals use on their skin on a daily basis; partly out of sheer curiosity and also because I’m always on the lookout for good moisturizers, creams — you know the deal!
So, one afternoon whilst I was streaming the latest episode of Modern Family (Manny, I ♥ you!) inspiration struck and I decided to gather the products I use to take photos for a post. And so without further ado, here are the products that I am currently using on a daily basis.

Yup, your beloved yogurt can also do wonders for your skin.
Loaded with Lactic Acid (milk acid), yogurt is a very refreshing way to invigorate the skin. It sloughs off dead skin cells, and firms up the face. And since it’s always in the fridge, its cool temperature ensures your skin will feel really soothed.
How to:
- Take off your makeup (if you have any on) and clean your face using a mild exfoliating scrub. If you’ve run out, simply add some granulated sugar into your usual cleanser and exfoliate gently.
- Grab your favourite plain yogurt (higher fat = better) and go to town.
- Leave on for 15 minutes then wash off with a gentle cleanser
- Moisturize per usual
While we’re on the topic, I’d just like to profess my undying love for yogurt. I’m not big on the flavoured kind; am all about plain, baby! All day, everyday. Starbucks has this Greek Yogurt parfait that I just can’t resist. Which reminds me, I need to cut up some berries and add a huge dollop of yogurt on top — yummm!
Also, please avoid this if you are allergic to dairy! As with everything else, apply some yogurt on your inner wrist and wait a few minutes to see if you have any type of reaction.
