During my lunch break, I decided to visit Anthropologie to see take in all the eye candy. Love, love, LOVE that store. Every item they have, be it a candle holder, mug, or skirt, seem as if it’s a carefully curated vintage piece.

I ended up at the back of the store where, surprise, surprise, they had the sale room. I managed to mentally talk myself into buying soap and a solid perfume from the sales bin and a mug with my initial.

Is my two front teeth, my two front teeth

So, Christmas if fast approaching and I am looking forward to the holiday festivities: spending time with the people I love; eating truckloads of good food; watching A Christmas Story and Home Alone 1 & 2 on repeat; and taking in all the ugly interesting Christmas sweaters at the various family parties I have to attend with my bf.

Anyway, I almost forgot to make a list until Irene posted hers on twitter. I thought back to my list last year and remembered how much fun it was creating one.

  1. Alexander Wang Cowl Neck Sweater

  2. I love Cowl neck sweaters. I love oversized sweaters. So, this is just sweater heaven for me.

  3. SLR Lens Mug from Photojojo.com

So COOL, right?? It looks just like the real thing. I always get coffee to go, but feel very guilty about contributing to land fill so I bring travel mugs with me everywhere.

  4. YSL Touche Eclat

This has been on my must-try list for forever. The folks over at YSL claim that this is 8 hours in a pen and what girl wouldn’t want that, right?!

  5. Mulberry Alexa in Grape

Never have I fantasized about a bag since LV first came out with the Damier Speedy in Azur. I remember looking at endless photos of the bag at every angle and even put myself on the waiting list. Totally chickened out, of course, and got the brown Damier instead because I was afraid I’d just ruin it. This purple is just the right shade — not too bright and not too drab.

  6. Alexander Wang Rocco in Black

Words cannot express just how badass this bag is — the golden studs lining the bottom are gorgeous. I love that you have the option to wear it as a cross-body bag.

  7. YSL Rouge Pur Couture SPF 15

These lipsticks are rich in colour and provide a satin finish. An added bonus is that it has SPF 15. My favourite shades are 9 Rose Stiletto which is a “rich berry rose” and 6 Rouge Bergamasque which is a “delicate nude pink.”

  8. Nike Pegasus Runners

Ideally, running shoes should be replaced after approximately 300-400 miles of use in order to prevent injuries. Mine are way past that :-S .

  9. Clarisonic

Everyone an their moms have been raving about the Clarisonic and the wonders it does for their skin. Exfoliation is key to youthful skin — it sloughs off the dull top layer of dead skin and allows your skin to soak up moisturizer a lot better.

  10. Canon EOS Rebel T2i

I’ve been surfing tons of photography blogs and am awe of the quality photos DSLR’s yield. All the photos on this blog are shot using a simple Canon point n’ click and I’d love to take the next step up.

  11. Ipad

I’m kind of on the fence with the IPad. It’s great from what I’ve seen, but is there really a need for another media device? Do I really need to take one step closer to Steve Jobs invading my life? I’ve already got a Nano, the Iphone4, and a Pro — sometimes I feel like a walking Apple ad. Ah, anyway, this is a nice “wish” item.

  12. Doc Martens Eye Boot in Dark Brown

I have always, ALWAYS wanted Doc Martens. It started in gr. 6 during the post-grunge era of Bush, Hole, and Garbage — I was going through a funk. I just wanted to be the anti-teen girl. Someone who eschewed pink and ruffles for baggy clothes and ass kicking shoes. LOL.

What’s on your list?

Oh, Hello!
