Something special arrived in the mail today all the way from Norway! Fieran just decided one day to ship a tin of Nivea (made in Germany, yo!). She sent a handful of Norwegian chocolates along with the tin. Let’s just say that it was a great morning!! Look at that humongous tin of Nivea!! There is an abundance of Nivea Creme here in North America, but it’s not the same as the one made in Germany which is, from what I have read in the blogosphere, comparable to Creme de la Mer. Apparently, ours has two or three more preservatives that are not found in the original formula from Germany. I have a huge tub of the one made in Mexico (it comes in a plastic container) lying around the house somewhere and I’ll make sure to make a post comparing the two. Anyway, I pretty much inhaled the chocolates. My favourite were the Kvikk Lunsj and Melkesjokolade.
