I’ve got this love/hate relationship with window seats on a plane. One huge pro is that it’s prime real estate for sky gazing. The con? Getting up to go the washroom or just to stretch out requires a huge production. Like, do I wake the snoring guy beside me so I can go through or should I wait it out and suffer in silence? Anyway, here are some snapshots of taken during my flight to and from Aruba.
I hope to finally have some beauty related posts up soon, but the inspiration and motivation well is pretty dry right now.

Gorgeous shots!
Window seat for sure for me. For some reason I have iron control over my bladder while on planes while it’s a different story in the subway. I usually get up to go when the aisle seat person gets up so as to minimize disruption. But if I’m really desperate, snorers be damned.
AND SEE YOU ON SATURDAY!!!
Yeah, I’m a basket case whenever nature calls. OK! TMI!
And I actually do seize the opportunity if the aisle seat person gets up, but then there’s the matter of the MIDDLE seat person! There’s a lot of planning when it comes to potty time on an airplane.
thanks and SEE YAAA!!
I love window seats (and these pictures)! Lots of photo ops, plus it gives me a place to lean my head on if I’m super tired. Never, ever will I be okay with taking the middle seat on a plane. lol
Thanks, Janetta! Nowhere near your level, though
.
And you’re totally right; my neck muscles always take a huge hit whenever I’m in the middle or aisle seat. The middle seat has to be THE WORST seat ever in history.
Wow Aruba….have fun and looking forward to the pix of your holiday!
Thanks, Yuming
.
And you’re ALL OVER THE MAP! I feel like I’m in an istagram version of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. LOL.
I hope to post more photos soon. Just been so busy lately!
Aruba sound awesome. I hope you had lots of fun
I love aisle seats – mainly because I’m always going to the toilet. But, the worst part is stewardesses bumping into you all the time.
I did! Actually, I think I had too much fun. I swam too much and didn’t feel my skin burning — had a sunburn fever, which I never knew was even POSSIBLE, the last day of my trip.
And I hate that, too! Someone’s always bumping into me when I’m on the aisle seat.
Oh no. I haven’t been sunburned in ages. Kind of helps to live in a cold country..hehehe. That said, I don’t usually get sunburned easily. I’m also not a beach person as I cannot swim. *Hangs head in shame*
Hope your sunburn has healed now.
Yeahhh, as it is the seats are tiny and then you try to stay in your ‘zone’ but people just bump into you. Oh my goodness, on my flight back home last month, this lady was so fidgety she was literally taking up half my seat. I kept sighing as bitchily as I could, to give her a hint, but she didn’t get it.
I always prefer window seats. Then again, I rarely ever have to go to the bathroom when on a shorter flight. An 18-hour flight to Asia is a different story, though…
Can’t wait for the Aruba pics!!!
18 hours?? Where did you go? Tibet???
Unless you’re talking about a direct flight from here to Asia…
Went to Japan! I think there was a stop in Vancouver, though, come to think of it… Still, it’s a long-ass flight…
