Sorry, I’ve been MIA for a wh
ile. With school in full swing, I have been so busy with my readings and papers. Also, I seem to have come down with the fever.
Anyway. It’s officially fall here in Toronto, but it feels like the kind of hot and muggy weather we missed out on during summer. So, my SPF has been feeling greasier on my face than usual. Quite uncomfortable!
This is where my trusty Clinique Translucent Powder comes to the rescue! It just feels so light on the skin. What’s also great is that does not leave that ghastly white cast. To make it more portable, I just tapped some powder onto the inside of the lid of this travel blush brush I have.
Just remember to tap off the excess so that you don’t needlessly pile the powder up on your face!

I love loose powder on my face and not much else, it soaks up all the oil! Blot papers are also a life saver and very easy when you’re out and about. My best friend C does your powder trick too – maybe I should write it up as a beauty tip of the week?
Hope you get well soon, Mary!
Especially on hot and humid summer days! I do love blotting papers, too… my aim is always to get as much oil off my face so that I can see through the sheet hahaha. but ewww
And why don’t you!?
